Terms of Service

RunGood Tennis is operated by RickRunGood LLC, a limited liability company registered in Nevada, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean RickRunGood LLC. “You” means the person using the site.

By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.

RunGood Tennis publishes tennis statistics, ratings, model-generated win probabilities, and comparisons between those model prices and prices quoted in betting markets. It is an information and analysis service.

We make no promise that using RunGood Tennis will be profitable. Past model performance says nothing about future results.

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your email address current — it's how we reach you about billing.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• An account is for one person. Sharing logins, or passing your credentials to others, isn't permitted.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

Memberships are sold on a recurring basis. Current plans are $8.99 per week, $24.99 per month, and $229.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we may retry it; if it keeps failing, your membership will end.

We may change prices in future. If we do, existing members get at least 30 days’ notice by email before the new price applies to their renewal, and can cancel before then if they’d rather not continue.

Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — we don’t cut you off early.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on a member’s first payment. The full details, including what isn’t covered, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the site and its data for your own analysis and decisions. It doesn’t transfer ownership of anything.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or otherwise systematically extract data from the site, whether by script, bot or any automated means.
• Republish, resell, redistribute or sublicense our data, ratings or model outputs — including feeding them into a product or service you offer to others.
• Use the service to build or train a competing dataset, model or product.
• Share, sell or publish your login, or let others use your membership.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the accounts of other members.
• Remove or obscure any notice of ownership on material you obtain from the site.

Some of our underlying data is licensed to us by third parties on terms that require these restrictions. Breaking them can put our access to that data at risk, so we take it seriously and may suspend or close an account immediately where we believe it’s happening.

The site, its design, its software, our ratings and our model outputs belong to RickRunGood LLC or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Underlying factual data — scores, results, rankings — comes from a range of sources, some of it licensed to us under terms that restrict onward distribution.

Anything you enter yourself, such as a custom model configuration or your starred players, remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the service for you.

We work hard to keep the data right, but we can’t guarantee it. Scores can be delayed or wrong, feeds fail, matches get rescheduled, and models make mistakes. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost betting stakes, lost opportunities or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions don’t apply to you.

You can close your account at any time by cancelling your membership and asking us to delete it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we’re required to by law. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we’ll refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we’ll tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Nevada have jurisdiction over any dispute, though this doesn’t deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live.
